Trade API on Polymarket - Bravado

The Trade API is fully supported on Polymarket. Every order type, bracket leg, and position operation Bravado offers works against Polymarket’s CLOB. This page covers what is specific to Polymarket. Supported order types

`LIMIT`	`order_id`	Rests on the CLOB. Subject to the 5-share minimum.
`MARKET`	`order_id`	Fills at best available price. Minimum $1 notional.
`PEGGED`	`record_id`	Chases the touch price within a budget.
`TWAP`	`record_id`	Splits a parent order across a duration.
`ICEBERG`	`record_id`	Slices are post-only; they cannot cross the book.
`STOP_LOSS`	`record_id`	Pre-trigger records appear only on `/strategies`.
`TAKE_PROFIT`	`order_id`	Placed directly on the CLOB.
`TRAILING_STOP`	`record_id`	Trails the high-water mark.

Polymarket-specific fields

symbol is the ERC-1155 token id of a single outcome, not the market. A binary market has two of them.
price is a decimal probability in 0.001–0.999.
budget_usdc and quote_amount are denominated in US dollars.

Positions

Polymarket positions support redeem, split, and merge. A complete set of outcome tokens is always redeemable for the underlying collateral, and winning shares become redeemable only after UMA resolution settles. See Positions for the full lifecycle.
